Refillable Glass Water Bottles

We have replaced single-use plastic water bottles in guest rooms with sanitized, refillable glass bottles, helping reduce plastic waste generated during each stay.

Saving Energy and Water

Guests can be part of our sustainability journey too.

Through our linen and bed sheet reuse program, guests can choose to reuse their bed linen during their stay. By placing the reuse signage on the bed, guests help us reduce unnecessary laundry, which in turn saves water, electricity and detergent.

From Our Garden to Your Table

Our sustainability efforts can also be found in the food we serve.

Novotel Phuket Vintage Park has its own organic garden, where our team grows selected herbs and seasonal ingredients. Our culinary team can harvest fresh produce from the garden and incorporate it into dishes prepared for our guests.
This helps us make better use of our hotel grounds while bringing a little more local freshness to the dining experience.

Reducing and Managing Food Waste

Reducing food waste starts with understanding how much we produce.

Our kitchen team measures and records food waste daily, helping us identify opportunities to improve food preparation, manage portions and reduce unnecessary waste. For remaining food waste, we coordinate with the Phuket Provincial Administrative Organization for appropriate processing and responsible environmental management.
